Guarantee

We have a one week guarantee for repair like chips, peel etc so please reach out if you have a problem asap, after one week unfortunately you will be charged to repair. Please treat your nails with love and care <3

Refund

We do not provide refunds here for any treatment provided although we can offer discounts, vouchers and other satisfactory compensation. However it is unlikely that there will be an occasion where there is dissatisfaction. Please do make sure you happy with your nails before any payment and make sure that the choices you have picked is want you are confident in.

Appointment

Customers with a prior booking through our own booking system or treatwell will be prioritise over walk-in though please feel free to walk in! Please give us a notice 24hrs before hand for any cancellation or if you are running late it would be polite to let us know.

Children/Kids

Anyone under the age of 16 will need to have consent of the parents before and verbal confirmation in person or through the phone during the appointment. Please be sure of your expectations and relay them properly at the shop to avoid any misunderstanding as we cannot take responsibility.

Pets

We do allow pets in the salon as long as they are not a disturbance or if there are no customers with allergy to them in the shop. But we strongly suggest to keep them at home to with someone else to avoid any problems.
